Making a purchase
Browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket, if you need to change your order click on 'My Basket’ and edit your order. If you have a discount code please enter it in the coupon code box. If you have a gift voucher please enter it in the voucher code box. Once you click 'Checkout' you will be asked for your name, address and credit card details. We accept payment via PayPal where you can use your PayPal account or most major credit cards. All our prices include VAT where it is applicable. You will receive an automated order confirmation once you have placed an order, if there is a problem with your order we will contact you by email. Please check that all of your order details are correct.
We may refuse to accept an order for any of the following reasons:
When goods are not available.
Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
If there has been a pricing or product description error.
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
If your order for personalised products contains content which is deemed inappropriate.
If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.
All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. Should an item be out of stock there may be a short delay in delivery and we will notify you immediately. The majority of our items which are out of stock will show this message on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
Shipping and handling
All UK Postage is free and sent by Royal Mail.
Any items for delivery outside of the UK (Europe and The Rest of the World) are charged at a flat rate of £5 per order and sent by Royal Mail International Signed For™ Airmail Delivery.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for standard UK orders, 10 – 15 working days for orders within the rest of Europe and 15 – 20 working days for orders dispatched to the rest of the world. Please note that wherever possible we will endeavour to deliver all items in a shorter timescale.
You will receive an automated email once your items have been dispatched. If there is any reason for a longer dispatch time you will be contacted immediately.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you detail on our website; if any of the address details are incorrect we are not liable for the delivery of these items. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address if you would like us to deliver the products directly to the recipient of your gift. In this instance we will ensure that no billing information is included with the gift. Instead there is an option in the checkout process for you to add your own free gift message to go with the order if you require.
Non receipt of orders
If you do not receive your products within 10 days of the date on which you ordered them (15 days for orders across Europe and 20 days for the Rest of the World), we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at email@example.com of the problem within 25 days of placing your order.
All of our products are dispatched with Royal Mail. If you have not received your items you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. We reserve the right to wait up to 25 days before replacing an undelivered item.
If goods are uncollected and returned to us we will contact you by email and by telephone. If you do not reply to us within 20 days of your order we reserve the right to refuse the re-issue of your products. We are unable to process any queries relating to undelivered packages or missing items on orders placed over 90 days.
Order cancellations and faulty goods policy
In accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations if the goods are faulty when you receive them then please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods or return them to us within 25 days. Please specify if you would like a refund or replacement. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel back by using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Please register all returns on our website and return goods to Personally Presented Ltd, 62 Manor Park Drive, Berkshire RG40 3PE.
We are not able to refund or replace personalised goods unless they are faulty as we are not able to resell them.
Please carefully check all of the details you enter for all personalised products.
In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been misspelt. The font sizes and positions of the embroidered text can vary depending on the length of the text chosen.
Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale, please check dimensions and details thoroughly. The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
