Returns & Cancellations

We naturally want you to be delighted with the item(s) you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased, we can accept a return at any time within 14 working days of receipt. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account once approved. This offer excludes personalised items.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the following products:

  • Products that have been personalised, made to order or customised to your specific requirements
  • If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process, if you wish to cancel please contact us (orders@personallypresented.com) and we will check the status of your item(s).
