Delivery times are from the time of dispatch (once personalization is completed) , not at the time of your order. The time to personalise is listed on every product individually. No alcoholic gifts can be sent outside the EU.

As we have thousands of personalised gifts and cards, and each product has an individual dispatch time, they’re sent out as and when they’re ready. If multiple products are purchased in a single order, some items may arrive sooner, this means less waiting for you.

We operate Monday to Friday, so weekends and bank holidays are not included in the personalisation or delivery timescales.

Exclusions

Please do not include accents (é, è, ê or ë), special symbols (ᵼ ᵽ ᵾ ᵿ) or emoji's (❤️🎄 🔥 😍 🍭) as our processes will not allow this. This includes accents above and below the alphabetical or numerical text. Your order may not be processed if these are included and will cause a delay.

Personally Presented is owned and operated by the Dearlove family in Yorkshire, England. The surname Dearlove was a nickname or an expression of affection. The name was found in Yorkshire, England six centuries ago. It seems only natural that we landed in the world of personalised gifting.
